How will schools of other faiths operate in 2025-2026?

There are many types of schools in Israel, tied to a particular religion. For example: Catholic, Greek, Muslim, Orthodox, Armenian, etc. The schedule of these schools may differ. This is mainly due to the cancellation of classes on major religious holidays.

The school year schedule may change at the discretion of the school administration. If you or your child attends a non-Jewish school, you should check the school year schedule with the administration. Although the Ministry of Education has set school holidays in Israel for 2025-2026, they are not a dogma. They may be changed for good reasons.
